We skipped breakfast - honestly it didn’t look that good. The location was fabulous. The check in staff person was super friendly and helpful. Your hotel being pet friendly was a HUGE plus. We were on our way back to south Texas from a trip to Colorado and stopped in Kerrville to visit a friend who retired and moved here a year ago. This hotel offered just what we wanted - a clean, convenient safe place to spend the night before the next leg of our journey. When we come back to visit our friend (and we will) we will definitely look up this hotel again.

It was at a good location, they provided us plenty of Dove shampoos/body wash/lotions- very considerate! The breakfast was pretty good. Very high ceiling in king room made it feel more spacious.

Staff were great. Parking was good. Room was nice, it was wonderful to have a coffee maker in the room. Had nice view from upper floor. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Breakfast was okay; they kept running out of scrambled eggs, the 3 days we were there. The last day they had bacon, which was great. Our room was very large, & comfortable, not fancy.

Nice but needed some repairs, no elevator working. TV settings confusing. Breakfast was a lot to be desired. Fruits not fresh.

Girls at the front desk were very nice and friendly, all of the young guys doing housekeeping were super nice and doing a great job, everything was very comfortable and very clean and everyone there was super helpful anytime I asked for directions or recommendations on restaurants. Pool and hot tub was great, too! We will definitely be back!!! Highly recommend!

The spa in the bed room was really clean, so before I used the spa I ran hot water and turned the jets on, I had no cloudy water or any nasty particles, the spa is clean and the bed was very comfortable and clean also. The room is pretty big with a clean bathroom too with a shower/bath, with a good size tv and it was the cheapest holtel around the area.

The breakfast was great! Sausage, scrambled eggs, cubed hash brown potatoes, make-your-own waffles (in the shape of Texas) bagels, muffins, toast, etc. with yogurt, cream cheese, butter. They had several juices, sometimes bananas. There was an elevator, which was very helpful, since stairs are difficult for me. The pool & hot tub was indoors. The staff was AMAZING! We had a problem with noise from next door, & every room was filled. However, the next morning they upgraded us to a 2-room king suite for no extra charge! They were friendly, kind & helpful during our whole stay!
